Harrowing Pariahs are powerful and massive Ogres seen in the Tunnels of Despair encounter, where they roam the tunnels, remaining vigilant over the Ritual of Suffering beyond the arching catacombs and attempt to keep out the Guardian intruders.[1]

  • They are entirely immune to damage and cannot be killed; the only way to survive them is to avoid them.
