Val Bou'urc is a Cabal Phalanx encountered in the Cerberus Vae III strike.

Val Bou'urc is an active lieutenant of the Siege Dancers under Valus Ta'aurc of the Dust Giants. He, along with Val Zu'uarc, Val Ma'aurg, and Val Ca'aul, were deployed to protect the legion's Imperial Land Tank only to be ambushed by Guardians and killed in the line of duty.
