Perfected Shanks are unique Splicer Shanks that have achieved the rank of "Perfected" in the Archon's Forge Arena. Three of them spawn, each one with a different elemental shield of Solar, Arc and Void. They can only be summoned by inserting a Perfected SIVA Offering into the console right next to the arena.
