| === Early days ===

| Several years after the attack, Xaush woke up during the events of [[The Red War]], completely being "deceased" during the events of the first game. His eyes slowed opened to see a floating mechanical being, and the light of the sun. The [[Ghost]] quickly told him that they weren't safe there, and that they needed to move quickly. While traversing though the Cosmodrome, they encountered several Fallen crawling on the walls. Xaush ran forth, and grabbed a machine gun, that he used to tear through the approaching Fallen, eventually blasting his way into an open field, with a few ruins, a giant [[Fallen Walker]] in the center, and a few other new [[Guardians]] just waking up. With his newly found [[Light]] powers, he and the other guardians easily took down the Walker, and any Fallen fighting with it. Xaush was an [[Arc]] [[Warlock]], capable of turning the light into electricity, and easily vaporizing his enemies. After escaping the Cosmodrome, he saw the [[Last City]] for the first time, it baffled him, as he stared in awe. He walked around the city, learning of everyone, and familiarizing himself with everything. He explored the [[EDZ]], and tried getting a grasp of what it meant being a Guardian, the powers of the Light, and the wonders of a Warlock.

| === The Red War ===

| One day, after a successful [[Strike]] at the EDZ, Xaush arrived back at the [[Tower]], and saw a [[Cabal]] fleet, calling themselves the [[Red Legion]]. The Red Legion's attack on the Tower and Last City struck fear into the heart of Xaush, but he fought valiantly during the battle. After loosing the battle, and being defeat by the Red Legion's leader, Xaush felt powerless against this new threat. He thought he was dead, and suck refuge back at the familiar zone of the EDZ. After regrouping with fellow survivors at a new camp, Xaush quickly found a shard of the [[Traveler]], and was reunited with the Light, no longer feeling powerless. With the new knowledge of his semi-mortality in mind, Xaush pushed on with the war against the Red Legion, eventually slaying their leader, and ending the war.
