Val Cempas is a Cabal Phalanx of the Imperial Cabal who serves as a commander and one of the Imperial Generals who volunteered to defend the champion of Cabal, Ignovun, Chosen of Caiatl.

They are slain by a group of Guardians inside the Halphas Electus during the Proving Grounds Strike.

Gameplay

Val Cempas will occasionally spawn in the 'Redirect the Tank's Power Flow' section of the strike. He functions exactly the same as any Phalanx except for his added durability.
