- If one were to look closely, the Phalanx Echo has a cape and resembles a Blood Guard Legionary.
- While the Kell Echo was an omen to Eramis, Kell of Darkness, it is unknown who or what the Phalanx Echo could be an omen for.
- It's possible that the Phalanx Echo is an omen to Empress Caiatl, who is the main antagonist of Season of the Chosen.
