Val Tragur is a Cabal Centurion seen in the Psionic Potential Adventure. Tragur was tasked with intelligence from the soon-to-be Psion Flayers who are heading to Rasputin.

Due to having the archetype of an Honored Centurion, this could suggest Val Tragur to be a newly promoted Officer due to the Power vacuum within the Red Legion.
