Resilient Captains have noticeably tougher shields and thicker armor than regular Captains, as their name entails. They are almost always seen with [[Molten Welder]]s, which are Fallen-made rocket launchers with very fast muzzle velocity, a large blast radius, and high damage output. They can also be seen with [[Shrapnel Launcher]]s, although they are more accurate than those used by regular Captains.
