The Vanquisher VIII is a legendary auto rifle exclusive to the New Monarchy.[1]
Gameplay
The "Perfect Balance" upgrade significantly lowers the weapon's recoil. It has low magazine capacity, but has a fast reload.
To acquire the Vanquisher VIII, a player must first obtain the New Monarchy Class Emblem and then wear it until ranked up to Level 3 with the New Monarchy. This goes rather quickly, for the points the character normally earns in both the Crucible and the Vanguard apply to the New Monarchy. The player is warned, however, that only Crucible Marks can be used to purchase New Monarchy goods.
