Psion Operant

Psion Operants are groups of powerful Psion, that (originally) first belongs to the Sand Eaters Legion. That tasked as pyrokinetic forces. They're mostly seen at the Scablands in a "eliminate the target" Public Event, and can also be found by Patrolling the Dreadnaught.
