Wire Rifles are used by Fallen Vandals to flush out and suppress enemy forces.
Grimoire Description
The Wire Rifle utilizes shock cores to charge thin wires of an exotic metal, converting them into Arc-infused molten shards with an extraordinary muzzle velocity.[1]
Gameplay
This weapon is utilized by Vandals with particularly good aim. It fires a high-velocity Arc bolt that punches through Guardian shields at long range, so using cover is advised.
Guardians can use a wieldable version of the Wire Rifle, called the Queenbreakers' Bow.
Trivia
- The Wire Rifle is seemingly compatible with an unspecified caliber of ammunition produced by Tex Mechanica. Evidence of this is located in the Tangled Shore, where one such rifle lays in a vantage point within a foundry, overlooking Sorik's Cut.
