Inferno is a Crucible match variant introduced in The Dark Below.

Overview

Inferno is a game variant on different Crucible gametypes, disabling radar completely and simplifying scoring. Points are only granted 100 at a time, and no bonus points can be earned outside on control bonuses and relic captures. Different Inferno playlists are featured each week, with six different possible Crucible gametypes being featured. There are no heavy spawns in this gamemode.

Inferno Playlists

Inferno Clash

6v6 mode. Identical to regular Clash. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar, and scoring is simplified.

Inferno Control

6v6 mode. Identical to regular Control. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar, and scoring is simplified.

Inferno Rumble

6 player free-for-all. Identical to regular Rumble. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar, and scoring is simplified.

Inferno Skirmish

3v3 mode. Identical to regular Skirmish. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar, and scoring is simplified.

Inferno Salvage

3v3 mode. Identical to regular Salvage. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar,and scoring is simplified.

Inferno Supremacy

6v6 mode. Identical to regular Supremacy. Radar is disabled, even with special artifacts and Knucklehead Radar. Scoring remains the same.
