Is there enough for this article? The achievement only implies that an emperor exists, with no indication as to what that position/individual entails. Unless the emperor actually appears or has bona fide info, this should be deleted. Info can remain on the Cabal page though.--Hawki (talk) 23:59, 27 June 2014 (EDT)
