The Emissary is an enigmatic Agent of the Nine, who judges the Trials of the Nine and rewards valiant Guardians at The Third Spire. She possesses mysterious abilities, and is the Crucible commentator for the Trials rather than Lord Shaxx.

The Emissary resembles an Awoken, but has pupiless glowing eyes and floats in mid-air. Her lips also don't move when she speaks. She claims to be one of many agents.
