The Projection Rifle is a Cabal weapon commonly used by Centurions, and some Legionaries.

Overview

These weapons deal Solar damage, and may or may not be linked to the Cabal Battle Network. A small number of Red Legion soldiers continue to use them.

Grimoire Description

This weapon fires salvos of explosive rounds designed to incapacitate, disorient, and destroy. The weapon feeds ballistic data to each projectile at the moment of launch, coordinating the salvo for maximum effect. These weapons deal Solar damage.[1]

Trivia

Two of these weapons can be found inside the Tower alongside a collection of other Cabal and Fallen weaponry.
