Biography
Thousands of years prior to Destiny, the Consul advised Dominus Ghaul in a military coup against Calus, ending his reign. The Consul eventually mentored Ghaul through his efforts in attacking Earth, and throughout The Red War.
Appearance
The Consul is a large Cabal commander, sporting heavy red and gunmetal tinted armor and a black cape. He does not wear a helmet, and his arms are completely visible. Additionally, The Consul sports metal covers over his fingertips.
