The Cabal are a race with a heavy-set, rhinoceros like appearance. They are one of many species with the intent to destroy humanity. They are in control of the Dust Palace (also known as the Exclusion Zone) on Mars. Members of the Cabal are known to carry slug throwers or rifle-like weaponry. Concept art showing Cabal working together with Fallen indicates a possible alliance between the two races.
