Independent Variables are an Ultra variant of Minotaurs within the Nessian Schism, encountered in Encore.[1]
Gameplay
Unlike most Minotaurs in other Vex collectives, these enemies are known for their erratic teleportation and evasive behavior.
If players unlocked the last Research Bay upgrade from Failsafe, shootable Vex Nodes will spawn in Encore that can temporarily stun all surrounding Vex units when destroyed including the Independent Variables.
