The Harbinger's Seclude is a location in the Dreaming City that lies within a massive monastery[1], housing ceremonial sites and Awoken statues, as well as an entrance to the Confluence.
On the lower levels, accessible by a large elevator, the Hall of Names can be found. The chamber is filled with statues of revered Awoken[2] and there the Techeuns and Paladins would ceremoniously receive their titles.[3] There also Petra Venj received her title of Queen's Wrath.[4]
In Season of the Hunt, it was here that the Guardian and Crow lured the High Celebrant of Xivu Arath for the final showdown.
Trivia
- Among other notable personas, the monastery houses statues of Kelda Wadj,[5] Osana Sov[6] and queens Alis Li[7] and Devna Tel,[8] as well as a tree planted by Mara Sov for Sjur Eido after the latter's disappearance.[9]
- The place has various connections to the Ahamkara. Skulls of Huginn and Muninn can be found in the Hall of Names and bargained with, as well as the nest of Eao[10]. Shuro Chi also shows the Guardian the place where the Awoken used to seal deals with the wish-dragons,[11] reflecting on the day Queen Mara would greet the last Ahamkara fleeing the Great Hunt there.[12]
- The place could have possibly been named after the Queen's Harbingers.
