The Taken Wyvern is a Taken version of the Vex Wyvern units recently developed by the Collectives first encountered on Europa.
Gameplay
Taken Wyverns now fire Arc Warp Lances. Much like Ultra Taken Phalanxes such as Grask, the Consumed, Gor'ath Gath and other similar units, the Taken Wyvern can launch a tether bolt at an opponent to pin them and drain them of their abilities. Taken Wyverns can send out Darkness Bolts like Taken Captains and some Taken Hydras. The Taken Wyverns possess a bubble shield that follows them around and is centered on them, this shield suppresses anyone who enters. The Taken Wyvern doesn't benefit from its own bubble, and hence can be targeted by breaking a blight that appears above the Wyvern as the core of the shield, destroying it staggers the wyvern; deactivating the bubble. The Bubble shields all allies who stand inside it.
