The Locus of Reclamation is a powerful Scorn Chieftain of the Created Congression. Presumably empowered by Troksrii, the Technomancer with Resonance Powers, it led a large group of the Baron's Scorn to steal Darkness relics from the Nephilim for their master. However, their mission would fail as they would be captured and locked up within the Subjugated Vault. Loot-hungry Guardians would eliminate the Chieftain by orders of Eris Morn and Shin Malphur before it could escape.
