Deimos is the smaller of the two natural satellites of Mars. It can be seen in the sky above Meridian Bay opposite Phobos.

Overview

Deimos had been under the control by the many enemies of humanity. While the Vanguard believed that the Cabal Star Blazers and the Fallen House of Storm were the first to be discovered, it was originally under the control of the Cult of Anziluu many centuries ago either during the Collapse or Dark Age.

Prior to the Taken War, the Cabal's Star Blazers would eventually make their claim of Deimos, building a Fleetbase as their central base of operations.
