The Captain is a class of Fallen. They are the highest known rank so far, and are very powerful and fierce. They carry themselves with an air of superiority and nobility. So far, they have only been depicted wieleding two cutlasses that spark with some sort of blue energy, possibly electricity. It is unknown if they use those exclusively or if they use weapons other than them.[1]
