The Vinculum Cell is a location in the Arcadian Valley, Nessus. It is only accessed as part of the Strike The Insight Terminus. Its main room is a large cavern with flowing Radiolaria, and it connects to the Quiet Epiphany through a series of half-flooded tunnels and ravines.[1]
History
Kargen, the Technocrat gained access to the Vinculum Cell by reprogramming the Transfer Gate at the end of The Mists. As the Guardian strike team followed him, he closed off the exit to the Cell's main room, forcing the fireteam to fight his forces. The fireteam dispatched them, even defeating the Vex Kargen compromised, and proceeded deeper into the Cell, eventually reaching the Quiet Epiphany.
