'''Darkness in the Light''' is an [[Exotic]] [[Quest]] that was introduced in ''[[Forsaken]]'' and rewarded players with the [[Malfeasance]] [[Exotic]] [[Hand Cannon]]. Players could start this quest by acquiring the Seething Heart, which was only obtainable by killing the [[Ascendant Primeval Servitor]] boss in [[Gambit]] (this as since been changed during ''[[The Witch Queen]]'' to now requiring the player's first [[Primeval]] kill). The chances of this boss spawning are randomized, which forces players to play through matches of Gambit until the Servitor shows up and defeating it to win the match, unlocking the first quest step.
