Valus is the third-highest rank in the Cabal infantry, and the predecessor to a Primus and a Dominus.

Overview

Valus is subordinate to the Primus and Dominus rank. It is likely the "vice admiral" as an equivalent of human rank. This rank is given to units who are Strike, Prison of Elders, or Patrol bosses. Ranks are given to Cabal depending on how well they can lead campaigns.

- The three lower rank variants are Commanders, Vals, and the lowest rank being Bracus.
In Season of the Risen, Saladin Forge became the first ever Human/Lightbearer to join the Cabal War Council and rise to the rank of Valus, doing so via the Rite of Proving
