They were established following several attacks on the Lions led by the Star Blazers, seeking to hunt down and kill every Cabal under the Star Blazers as a means of revenge. They are the underlings of Skoleks, the Cabal-Hunter.
Three Cabal-Hunter Captains were seen on Mars, fighting through a platoon of Cabal in the Exclusion Outskirts.
