Lubraeans were a species of tall humanoids native to the planet Lubrae. After the Traveler visited and then departed Lubrae, the Lubraeans became divided into two groups, The Regime who worshiped the Traveler and the Wanderers who rejected it and traveled the Wildlands of their homeworld[1]. The most famous of the aforementioned Wanderers is Rhulk, Disciple of the Witness.
