The Resonant Shepherd is a giant Ultra variant of the Scorn Chieftain.[1]
Gameplay
Resonant Shepherds appear during the Resonant Destruction Public Event, if it takes place in the Miasma. They will appear twice over its course, establishing a blockade for the Resonant Splinter by setting up a barrier of resonant energy powered by Pyramid Spikes. The Shepherd will bring with itself numerous reinforcements, including many Corrupted Scorn and a Lacerated Abomination. Other than the normal abilities of a Solar Chieftain, they are also capable of using an Ultra Smash that leaves a Solar burning field around themselves. Killing the Shepherd is not necessary to drop the barrier, but it is highly recommended.
