Elikaa, Sworn to Vengeance is a Scorn Chieftain seen in the Beyond the Watchtower. After the death of Uldren Sov, Elikaa infiltrated the Dreaming City and swore to avenge the Scorn Barons. There, they stole an Offering to the Oracle and lured The Guardian to their trap, however, they would be killed instead.

• Elikaa is the only Scorn that uses a Shrapnel Launcher as a weapon.
