Ogres are a giant member of the Hive. Guardians have little information on Ogres, given that few survived encounters with the beasts. Warlocks believe that they are a product of unusual mating rituals. These beings possess an unrestrained rage, giving them the ability to escape their creators' control.[1] They are often found in the depths of Hive fortresses, and have powerful melee attacks and can fire energy from their head for a ranged attack.[2]
Overview
All Ogres begin as "Unborn," awaiting the time when they will be called by the Hive Wizards for a "rebirthing" ritual. After this, they are known as "Reborn," and possess greater strength, intelligence and arcane abilities.[3] Some Ogres are bred specifically for sacrificial rituals, as is the case with The Forsaken.
