Penumbral Depths is a massive cave system that was partially carved out by Xol, Will of the Thousands underneath the Hellas Basin on Mars. It is a breeding ground for the Grasp of Nokris and their staging ground for their invasion of the BrayTech Futurescape. The location is available only in Ice and Shadow as well as the Strange Terrain Mission and Strike.
