Veliniks, the Ravenous (also known as "the forgotten Kell") is a Vandal of the House of Wolves. He was a minor claimant to the House's throne, as he did not have any support until after Skolas' capture and the ending of the Reef Wars. He led the few Wolves remaining, but was himself eventually captured by Petra Venj and sent to the Prison of Elders.

He took the opportunity given him by the Wolf Rebellion to escape to the Moon, and holed himself inside the Hellmouth. He was later killed by Glimmer-hungry Guardians by orders of Queen's Wrath Petra Venj.
