Halphas Electus is an Imperial Land Tank stationed on Nessus and serves as the Arena of Ignovun, Chosen of Caiatl in the Proving Ground Strike. The Halphas Electus also serves to produce more weapons for the Cabal by grinding up Nessus. The Land Tank is protected by several Cabal Officers and an Honorguard.
