- "Tomb Ships are the Hive equivalent of troop carriers, though the term can only be applied loosely. They glide from point to point through ominous portals, wounds cut into the flesh of space."
- — Grimoire description.[1]
Tombships are Hive troop transport ships. They seems to possess a form of teleportation, warping in and out of combat zones with distinctive green wormholes. The craft is armed with twin pairs of Void-based energy cannons mounted on either side.[2] These cannons fire slow-moving, yet powerful Void bolts that track their targets. It is possible to destroy these cannons with concentrated gunfire.[3] The Ship's makeup appears to be made of stone, and it can be fused with foreign magics.[4]
