A bureaucrat is an administrator granted a few additional rights.
How to become a bureaucrat?
Like administrators, bureaucrats are usually selected on an as-needed basis only. Typically the most senior and active admin should be granted bureaucrat status. In the event a bureaucrat resigns, they should pass on their status to another administrator.
