Halphas Electus is an Imperial Land Tank stationed on Nessus and serves as the Arena of Ignovun, Chosen of Caiatl in the Proving Ground Strike. The Halphas Electus also serves to produce more weapons for the Cabal by grinding up Nessus. The Land Tank is protected by several Cabal Officers and an Honorguard.

In demonology, Halphas is the thirty-eighth demon in the Ars Goetia in the Lesser Key of Solomon, ranked as an earl. Electus refers to a member of the highest class of believer in Manichaeism, who adhere to an ascetic, vegetarian way of life.
