Walkthrough
Survive the Blizzard
Crypt Security
After surviving the blizzard, you must destroy 6 tall canisters that serve as the Crypt's security system. To destroy these canisters, you must lower their shields. To begin the encounter, one person must pick up a buff called Operator from the nearby Augmentation Terminal, Operator is represented by a red outline of a person who's hand is reaching towards a bright star, you can also call Operator "Red" if desired. Operator buff allows the wielder to open doors marked by a panel (that is glowing red for anyone who has the operator buff) to open locked doors. The encounter Arena itself is divided into two sides, the Light Side and the Dark Side, denoted by the lighting of the room. In each room are five pillars/server farms, under each pillar is a panel that can be viewed by looking down at a certain angle. These panels are to be numbered 1 through 5, in any order the team playing wants. The goal for the operator is to open a door on the far end of the encounter room and descend into a basement area where he can shoot the panels required to lower the shielding of Crypt Security. The way you can tell what panels to shoot on either side of the Arena is by picking up a buff called Scanner, denoted by a yellow hexagon that can be picked up by killing a Vandal that spawns in either side of the Arena. One designated player must pick up this buff and look through the windows on the floor find two panels that are glowing yellow that can only be seen as yellow if you have the scanner buff after one side calls their two panels, they must then put the scanner buff back into the Augment Terminal and the other side of the arena also selects a player to be the scanner and they read out their two panels. Note, periodically, there will be servitors called Sentinels that spawn into the arena, while these servitors are alive you cannot pass any augment through terminals kill these immediately. Once the operator has shot the 4 correct panels (shooting the wrong panels results in death for whoever is in the lower levels) the Crypt Security Panels lower, allowing for damage to be done to the "boss". Before damage begins however, the person in the Basement must send operator to the upper levels and someone in either room must take operator and send scanner down to the basement player so they can tell the players doing damage what Cylinder to shoot, shooting the wrong cylinder results in a wipe. Xenophage and Grenade launchers are recommended for damage phase. Once all the cylinders have been destroyed, you are then allowed to enter further into the Crypt where you will meet An old enemy and fight Atraks, who has turned herself into an exo
Atraks-1, Fallen Exo
After destroying Crypt Security and progressing further into the Crypt, you encounter Taniks, Reborn and the person who awoke him, Atraks, now in an exo body. To begin the encounter, one player must get close to the floating purple orb floating by where Space Pods will spawn. Atraks will spawn and begin the encounter, she will split herself into 12 replications. You must destroy all of them to get to a final stand in the encounter. After a short while, 4 space pods will spawn in the room. Prior to this, your team should determine 3 players to go into the space pods that will take them to the Morning Star space station. While up their, one player will take the Scanner buff off a vandal, and on the ground floor, there will spawn a vandal that has the operator buff, both are necessary for this fight. One player on the ground level must send the Operator buff through one of the 3 augment terminal. Note, augment terminals can be accessed anywhere in the encounter. Another option is to have only 2 players go into space when the pods spawn and wait for the operator to pick up the buff on ground level and then head to space. To begin the damage phase, you must destroy all Sentinel Servitors on both levels, it is recommended you leave one servitor alive so that both sides can clear out any adds that may interfere with damage. As of 12/18/20, the best weapons for damage against Atraks is the exotic sword The Lament. During the damage phase, the player in the Upper Level (Space Station) will have pick up the Scanner buff, they must then use it to Look around the room while Atraks is glowing white, this is a wipe mechanic, one copy of Atraks (in the point of view of the Scanner) will glow yellow, this is the Atraks the three people on Upper level must damage in order to not wipe, after doing sufficient damage, the Atraks copy will collapse into a purple orb, this must be picked up immediately, or it results in a wipe. The player who has picked up the orb will receive a debuff called "Atraks-1 Replication", if the timer next to the buff hits 0, then it is a wipe. To get ride of the debuff, the Operator must take the person with the buff to one of 8 airlock doors in the upper arena, they must shoot the panel that i glowing red next to the door and the person with Atraks replication must step into the airlock. The Operator must then shoot the orb off the players head and send it into the vacuum of space, note do not stay in the airlock too long, the player with Atraks buff might get sucked into space too. While the Operator is doing their jobs, the Scanner must immediately head to an augment terminal and send the Scanner Buff down to ground floor due to Atraks copies of ground floor are also beginning their wipe mechanic. If the Scanner is the person with the Atraks debuff, they should still immediately head to a terminal and send scanner down, it is imperative that both levels get their scanner when they need to, or a wipe is likely. When the ground level team needs to get ride of an Atraks replication, they too must head into space via space pods and also have the Operator shoot off their orbs in the airlocks. Note, when the Operator is in space, they should observe the red panels next to the Space pod docking area, shoot these panels to send a spaceship to ground floor, or to call one up. Send space pods down if you shoot the panel next to a space pod, not the empty dock, this will call one to upper level. If the timer of the Replication debuff for ground level is low, alert the operator, for they can hoot the orb off your head and you can pick it back up again, thus reseting the timer. After passing the Scanner buff back and forth for 2-3 phases, servitors will respawn, rinse an repeat the process stated above. After this, you should get to Atrak's final stand. At this time, everyone should head to space, if not already there. At this point, the room will fill with 12 atraks copies, that will all peform a wipe mechanic, it is up to the scanner to find out which one it is, you do not need to pass the scanner buff back and forth here. If you are fast enough, you do not need to worry about getting rid of the Atraks debuffs, but if the final stand takes too long, try and get the operator to shoot off debuffs and reset the timers. After Atraks is dead, a chest will spawn in the middle of the room, and you must then make your way to an open door on the right-hand side of the space station, and make your way to the outside.
