Worm Keepers are unique Hive Wizards encountered in the Prison of Elders challenge Cult of the Worm.
Trivia
The Worm Keepers are the creators of the Ogre Gulrot. According to his Grimoire card[1], they lacked resources to implement a perfected ritual, but were still desperate enough to carry through the summoning.
