Praksis would begin an experiment involving the vex in the [[Asterion Abyss]], however, the guardian would track him down following a tip from Variks. Eventually, the guardian would hack into a vex conflux Praksis had created leading him to send a servitor to defend it. The guardian destroyed the servitor and located Praksis's hideout. Confronting him and slaying all of his subordinates who attempted to protect him, they engaged in one final battle with the technocrat.
