| Over a year after [[The Guardian|the Guardian]] encounters and spares [[Mithrax, the Forsaken]] during the world quest [[Chances and Choices]], a Fallen Transponder can be found in a locked room in the [[Tidal Anchor]] on [[Titan (moon)|Titan]]. This device was left behind by Mithrax for the Guardian to discover and solve by finding six data nodes throughout several [[Lost Sector|Lost Sectors]] in the [[European Dead Zone]] and [[Nessus]]. After retrieving all six data nodes, the Guardian rendezvous with Mithrax in the basement of an old building on [[The Farm]] to stop a [[Fallen]] incursion to steal preserved SIVA tech from a Cryptarch Vault deep inside the [[Tower|Old Tower]] in [[The Last City]]. Upon completion of this mission, [[Zero Hour]], the Outbreak Perfected is acquired.
