I believe it was meant to give people a more specific outlook on the game in case the article for the game in general doesn't offer enough information for them, because some people would like to know more. Probably was created for the same reason we have the Grimoire database here; to have a copy of the official release verbatim once it disappears when Bungie moves on. Hey Titan66 I created the page to archive official overviews and descriptions provided by bungie on their website Destiny the Game. Should Bungie ever remove it, we will have a copy, and seeing that some of our key information on certain things stems from the site, it is actually a useful thing to have around.
