Shock Cannons are Arc-infused Scorch Cannons used by Shock Captains. This weapon is the only way to bring down Sepiks Perfected's Arc shield.
Grimoire description[edit]
Aimed from the shoulder, the Arc spike in this Fallen Cannon can smash a Sparrow in a single shot. Once lodged, the spike can be charged for several seconds, to destructive effect.
Trivia[edit]
- Unlike a normal Scorch Cannon, Shock Cannons have only one round after being picked up (with the exception of the Shock Cannons that drop from Shock Captains in the Aksis boss fight).
- The Shock Cannon's Grimoire card can only be awarded from completing the Wrath of the Machine Raid. You are not awarded it during Story, events or Strikes. The same occurs with the Null Cannon.
- Shock cannons also appear in the Rise of Iron expansion mission, The Plaguelands, where it is used to take out a Perfected Walker.
