Skira, the Watcher was an ancient foe of the Eliksni who hunted them down before the arrival of the Great Machine on Riis. Skira was a shapeshifter and manipulator who preyed on the fear of the Eliksni which made it powerful. However, once the Eliksni ceased to be afraid of the shapeshifter, Skira ceased to exist.[1]
