Shield Wardens are a variant of the Imperial Incendior that appears on the Derelict Leviathan.[1]

Gameplay[edit]

Occasionally, while in the Pleasure Gardens, the Shield Warden may appear, guarding a small domed shield holding a captive, either Optus Haseth, Coalition Ally or the Nightmare of Sek're, Echo of the Voice. The Warden will engage any Guardians that come close, doing its best to deter them from freeing the prisoner. It can deal and take a lot of damage, given that it has Contest Mode enabled, making it always a higher level than the player. Once the Warden is dead, the dome will collapse, releasing its prisoner.
