The Cabal Slug Shotgun is a weapon commonly used by Legionary and Phalanx soldiers, and uncommonly used by high ranking Psions and Centurions.

Overview

Cabal Slug Shotguns are a new foray into a world up to now unused by the Cabal - Arc weaponry. These weapons fire Arc projectiles in groups of three or four, like the Fallen Shrapnel Launcher.

Minor users fire either single blasts or bursts of two shots, but compensate with their large numbers. Taking a full blast deals some serious damage and is a good way to die quickly. The higher the wielder's rank, the better they can sustain the weapon's recoil, allowing for longer bursts of even five shots. Floating Centurions and Phalanxes with extended shields can also unleash these longer bursts.
