Raze-Lighter is an Exotic Sword introduced in The Taken King. It is the upgraded version of Sol Edge, obtained through A Sword Reforged. The blade came into the possession of Lord Shaxx at some point after the Taken War.
Gameplay[edit]
Raze-Lighter's special attack is Phoenix Uppercut, a powerful single-target swipe that will knock the enemy into the air. The uppercut will kill or nearly kill just about any major enemy, especially if they're solar-shielded. It also comes equipped with Solar Guard, which protects against Arc and Void attacks, and increased armor.
Trivia[edit]
- Raze-Lighter is so far the only one of the Exotic sword trio from The Taken King to appear in Destiny 2 when you see it on Shaxx's back during Homecoming, in both the Beta and the final game.
- The Phoenix uppercut heavy attack's animation is incorporated into every Adaptive Frame sword's heavy attack.
