Conduit Minotaurs are specialized Vex Minotaurs of the Sol Divisive that were deployed to the Ares Spire and tasked with draining the Arc energy from its power systems.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Conduit Minotaurs are encountered in almost the entirety of the Spire of the Watcher Dungeon. Their purpose is to protect pools of concentrated Arc energy from Guardian hands. Once one is killed, this pool will drop at its feet, and remain there for a few seconds. Standing in the pool gives any player the "Arctrician" buff for thirty seconds, which is fundamental to overcome the encounters in the Dungeon.
On Master difficulty, all Conduit Minotaurs become Overload Minotaurs, though they keep their names.
