Nightmare Ogres are powerful Nightmares that appear on the Moon.[1].

Gameplay[edit]

Nightmare Ogres appear in the Altars of Sorrow Event. While the event is inactive, Major ones will idly sacrifice to the end altar. Once one is attacked, the event will properly begin, and Ultra variants will begin coming out of the start portal, alongside hordes of Hive. They will try to reach the end altar as quickly as possible, only fighting intruding Guardians for a few moments.
