An Agonarch Rune is received as one kills Hive Majors on the Dreadnaught. It is useless unless the Taken that rotate daily around the Hull Breach and the Mausoleum are killed. A Rune can be aquired, or charged, by killing any of the following Taken Majors
- Surnon, Darksong
- Gornith
- Purtra, the False Tongue
- Aarta
- Tortured Wizard
- Dakkadi
- Gurroth
